Mission Statement

 

China is a vast growing market place for exploration and development, especially in the field of technologies. Meanwhile, Israel has been well known for its highly developed, innovative technologies.

 

In order to leverage these synergies, China/HK-Israel Investment Council (CHIIC) was formed in Dec 2004 with a mission to promote investment initiatives, facilitate networking and joint investments between China, Hong Kong and Israel.

 

Understanding the great potential for Israeli technologies in China, we are committed to provide an information platform on Chinese projects, Israeli technology and China/HK/Israel  International funding.  By bringing information on these three relevant factors from the governmental and private sector, the council will also act as a professional body to assist in organizing events and activities.

 

 

About CHIIC

 

The China/HK-Israel Investment Council (CHIIC) is an initiative to promote and facilitate mutual investments in Chinese projects; using Israeli technology and the transfer of information within the investment community. We have found that there is great potential for Israeli technologies in China, as well as requests from the Chinese Government for cooperation and an overall understanding of this potential. We believe that this synergy between Israeli technology, Chinese Projects and Hong Kong and international funding can open up many opportunities.

 

For this reason we have organized the China/HK-Israel Investment Council, which will facilitate:

§               Networking and joint investments;

§               Bringing forward relevant Chinese projects from the government as well as from the private sector;

§               Ties between Israeli companies, HK Venture Capitals and China projects;

§               Benefits for all cooperating parties.

 

There are 13 council members today; we strive to reach no more than 20. Meetings are held once every quarter. Guests and observers are invited on a regular basis and investment presentations are made.
